What to Expect
Positive Intelligence®, developed by Shirzad Chamine, is based on neuroscience, performance psychology, and cognitive behavioral research. It’s a framework that helps you strengthen the part of your brain that serves you (Sage) and quiet the part that sabotages you (Saboteur).
The mental fitness tools in PQ® teach you how to handle life’s challenges with less stress and more clarity, creativity, and confidence. You’ll become more aware of your negative mental habits—and learn to shift your mind in the moment.
